• UX Research Manager (promoted from UX Designer) - Zextras Group
• • Managing the budget for user research and participant recruitment.
  • Leading the design of test and survey, participant recruitment and data analysis. I remove the stress of preparation, recruitment and analysis from designers and anyone who wants to carry out user research.
  • Preparing the guidelines that enable the democratisation of research. My aim is to make also non-researchers curious discoverers of insights and opportunities.

• UX/UI Designer - Zextras Group
• • Redesigned the user interface of the Zextras Suite administrative panel, focusing on usability and accessibility. The redesign speeded up and smoothed out daily user actions, resulting in faster workflows and increased clarity of information.
  • As the company's first user researcher, I promoted the UX culture within the company through presentations and workshops.
  • Prepared and conducted usability tests and questionnaires through tools such as Maze, Useberry and UxTweak. Recruited participants both internal to the company network and external.
  • Presented user test results and design outcomes to stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Actively presented opportunities and ideas to the team and stakeholders. Working as a team, many of the proposals became realities that made the users satisfied and the team proud.

• UX Research Intern - HIT - Human Inspired Technology
• • Provided full-cycle research and development support through experimental design development, administering tests and questionnaires for users, collecting and analyzing data, utilizing high-tech research tools (i.e., eye tracking device), and presentation of final results.
  • Studied the usability of kitchenware (i.e., oven, vacuum machine, blast chiller, etc.).
